I hope everyone had a great holiday season. We are going to be using a new room at the YMCA. It will be the last room at the end of the hallway downstairs. Unfortunately as of now the room will not be ready for us 1/7/22. I will post updates as I learn more. Contact Mr. Carafides with any questions.

Our Birthday Parties are unforgettable. We strive to make sure your child will feel special on this day that only comes once a year. All of the party participants will take the same class but the birthday child will be highlighted throughout. They will also get the opportunity to break a personalized board in front of all their guests.
Our Self Defense Seminars and Workshops are excellent for all ages and abilities. We make sure everyone feels comfortable trying their best, making mistakes, and asking questions.
All of our special events can be held at a variety of locations. Prices vary on many factors so contact us to find out what we can do for you.
