I hope everyone had a great holiday season. We are going to be using a new room at the YMCA. It will be the last room at the end of the hallway downstairs. Unfortunately as of now the room will not be ready for us 1/7/22. I will post updates as I learn more. Contact Mr. Carafides with any questions.

Personal Training- Held at a variety of locations
Prices are based off of a $1- 1 minute. Prices can vary depending on many factors. Contact us for more information.
*There are NO contracts. Students pay only for classes and equipment.*
Birthday Parties & Self Defense Seminars- Held at a variety of locations.
